ORDERS
Acceptance of Orders
The order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation to treat a product or service. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order. 

DELIVERY
Delivery Procedure
Orders will be processed only after we have confirmed and received the customer's payment. All orders will be packed in a carton box and we will do our best to ensure that they are timely delivered to your chosen date and timeslot.

Delivery Charges

Next week day delivery: we offer next week day delivery to one Singapore address per order for orders received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm Friday will be delivered on following Tuesday.

Free next working day delivery for orders above $50

For orders below $50, next day delivery is $5.

Timed delivery slots (morning and afternoon) available for a $2 fee. 

Free delivery on all overs over $10 for delivery within 1-3 days.

We reserve the right to change the existing shipping rates without prior notice. 

3rd Party Delivery Providers
We work with a few different 3rd party logistic providers to dispatch all our deliveries. These 3rd party logistic providers use independent Delivery Agents and requires them to follow their set of Standard Operating Procedures during and post delivery to ensure that the parcel is timely and correctly delivered. As such, we are not responsible for the behaviour, negligence, conduct, actions or inactions on the part of the Delivery Agents. If you have any complaint in relation to the delivery services provided then that dispute must be taken up with the Delivery Agent directly.

Recipients
All delivery recipients must be aged 18 or above and must be able to quote the Order Number when requested. Upon receiving the package, the recipient will be asked to sign the Delivery Order form as an order completion acknowledgement.
